CHALLENGE
Sensei is an AI coaching product built for senior leaders and rising talent at high-growth companies. It joins real meetings and turns what happens in them into actionable leadership feedback. As a pre-launch product, Sensei needed a website that could explain an unfamiliar idea, an AI observing your meetings, in a way that felt premium and trustworthy rather than gimmicky. There was no existing visual identity to build from, and the site needed a layout that could carry a visitor from problem to solution to waitlist signup on its own.
APPROACH
Wireframe & layout. Mapped section flow and information hierarchy first, so the page's narrative (problem to solution to signup) was locked before any visual styling began.
Typography direction. Worked directly with the client to shortlist and test typefaces that matched Sensei's premium, executive-coaching tone.
Color & visual system. Locked a cohesive palette and component style once typography was set, turning brand tone into a reusable system.
Responsive build. Designed and built the full site in Framer, covering desktop and mobile in one system, end to end, solo.
HIGHLIGHT
Full website designed and built solo in Framer, from wireframe to responsive launch
10 sections designed across desktop and mobile, from hero through pricing, FAQ, and final CTA
Complete design system built from scratch: 5-color palette, Playfair Display + DM Sans type pairing, reusable components
8-question FAQ structured to handle objections around a pre-launch, waitlist-based product

RESULT
Sensei's website is live at haisensei.com, currently driving signups for the product's early-access waitlist. The client highlighted the collaboration directly in their review: "Excellent communicator, patient and persistent despite me changing directions repeatedly... I found the collaboration to be effective and enjoyable... I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again." The relationship has continued past launch, with the client still reaching out for further work.
