CHALLENGE
Raven Challenge Software is a mobile rewards platform where users complete simple everyday actions, like scanning a purchase receipt, to earn entries into cash and prize sweepstakes. The client came in with only a concept and no existing product to redesign, so the core challenge was building the entire experience from zero: onboarding, challenge browsing, receipt verification, entry tracking, and cash withdrawal all needed to work as one coherent flow rather than disconnected screens. Every step also had to earn user trust quickly, since the app asks people to hand over purchase data and personal details for a chance, not a guarantee, of winning.
APPROACH
Brief. Translated the client's early-stage concept into a scoped product definition, clarifying which everyday actions could realistically power challenge entries.
IA & User Flow. Structured the app into seven core areas (Onboarding, Authentication, Home, Entries, Withdrawal, Settings, History) and mapped the primary path from sign-up to cash-out first, so no dead ends existed before a single screen was drawn.
Wireframe. Blocked out low-fidelity layouts across the full flow to validate structure and content hierarchy before committing to any visual direction.
Hi-Fi & Design System. Built the visual language (color, type, iconography) and applied it across every screen in parallel, keeping hi-fi decisions and system decisions consistent instead of drifting screen by screen.
HIGHLIGHT
30+ unique hi-fi screens designed, covering the full user journey end to end
Complete IA across 7 core product areas: Onboarding, Authentication, Home, Entries, Withdrawal, Settings, History
Full flow coverage: onboarding, authentication, challenge participation, receipt verification, entries, and cash withdrawal
Full design system delivered: 5-color palette and Georgia + Arial type pairing, applied consistently across all screens

RESULT
The complete UX foundation, from onboarding through cash withdrawal, is currently in development on the client's side.
