The goal was to transform YoPrint’s customer portal dashboard into an intuitive, user-friendly, and modern interface that better supports customers in managing their orders and approvals, while resolving issues of cluttered layout, inconsistent navigation, and unintuitive task flows.​

Solution: Simplify, Focus, Deliver

The dashboard was redesigned into a streamlined, task-focused interface that highlights key actions such as tracking orders, managing approvals, and handling invoices while minimizing visual noise. A consistent navigation system, clearer information hierarchy, and refreshed visual design were introduced to reduce cognitive load, improve task efficiency, and create a more polished, brand-aligned experience.
